Job Description:
Collaboration is important as you’ll be partnering with user researchers and data analysts to understand user needs and gather evidence to inform content decisions. There will also be interaction with product and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across online and offline channels.
Requirements:
- Creating and inputting to design systems, style guides, glossaries and tone of voice guidelines
- Examples of crafting copy that converts
- Experience conducting research and using data to support decision making and iterative content design
- Knowledge of user-centred design principles and writing for readability
