Job Description:

We’re building a new IT Procurement team and capability. We are looking for an ambitious Supplier Manager to join us on the next stage of our exciting transformation journey. This important role will be responsible for managing supplier contracts, commercials and regulatory requirements, and continually striving to reduce our third-party costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Be passionate about technology and the role it plays in transforming business and society
  • Experience of the financial sector and regulatory environment, or the ability to be able to pick this up quickly
  • Be committed to personal development with personal drive and a desire to succeed

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in similar Supplier Management or Procurement role, ideally in the tech space
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, resilient and adaptable, able to effectively operate in dynamic, fast paced environments
  • Analytical, with ability to solve problems autonomously
  • Capable of developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
