Position Title: Purchasing Administrator

Job Description:

Culina Group are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator on a fixed 6 month contract based at our Avonmouth depot.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders
  • Responsible for liaison across the business with those who raise requisitions
  • Responsible for compliance with appropriate authority levels
  • Responsible for filing and maintenance of Purchase Orders to ensure traceable and auditable.
  • Assist with car fleet Administration tasks
  • Hotel and travel bookings for the Group
  • Maintains and orders Fuelcards for Culina
  • Other ad hoc tasks as reasonably required

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
  • Confident at dealing with people at all levels both on the telephone and in person.
  • Adaptable and methodical approach to work/ training/ working hours.
  • Conscientious and reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
  • Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation.
