Position Title: Purchasing Administrator

Job Description:
Culina Group are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator on a fixed 6 month contract based at our Avonmouth depot.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders
- Responsible for liaison across the business with those who raise requisitions
- Responsible for compliance with appropriate authority levels
- Responsible for filing and maintenance of Purchase Orders to ensure traceable and auditable.
- Assist with car fleet Administration tasks
- Hotel and travel bookings for the Group
- Maintains and orders Fuelcards for Culina
- Other ad hoc tasks as reasonably required
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
- Confident at dealing with people at all levels both on the telephone and in person.
- Adaptable and methodical approach to work/ training/ working hours.
- Conscientious and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
- Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation.
