Responsibilities:
- How to source, parse, analyze, and delivery insights onDell technical supportmetrics
- Operational programs to drive organizational success
- Programs aimed at running the ISG business (day to day success)
- Programs aimed at evolving the ISG business (evolving to be successful in the future)
Requirements:
- Candidates must have graduated within the last 12 months of applying.
- Ability to excel under pressure with strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
