- Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of ambitious expectations
- Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding overall progress of queries

- Candidates must have graduated within the last 12 months of applying.
- Ability to excel under pressure with strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
