Job Description:

Ability to champion digital inclusion supporting and sharing best practice across different communities and stakeholders>Experience of developing a service to ensure it remains accessible and inclusive of all users’ needs, lead on assessing the impact on users of any changes made to services.Experience of working in customer-facing services in a modern IT environment and managing a range of stakeholders including VIPs.Experience of working with technical service teams to champion accessibility needs, balancing competing, and potentially conflicting demands in a constructive and collaborative way whilst promoting user centred design.Experience of driving excellence in accessibility standards in a compliant and cost effective way.

Responsibilities:
