Position Title: Claims Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful CLAIMS SPECIALIST to join our Receiving team located at our headquarters in CARLSBAD, CA!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming claims
- Investigate and research potential losses
- Conduct appropriate followup for the following related issues
- Inbound and Outbound Shipping Claims
- Damage Boxes
- International Shipping losses
- Not in box (NIB) claims
- File claims with appropriate shipping carriers
- Document all claims using Excel
- Work with supplier/clients regarding shipping issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a call center environment
- Working knowledge of retail-related Client Service processes preferred
- Strong proficiency working with an online website
- Prior experience working with RingCentral and Salesforce preferred
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work through challenging situations while building positive and professional
- relationships with others
- Strong work ethic
- Experience working with Excel
