Position Title: Claims Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful CLAIMS SPECIALIST to join our Receiving team located at our headquarters in CARLSBAD, CA!

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming claims
  • Investigate and research potential losses
  • Conduct appropriate followup for the following related issues
  • Inbound and Outbound Shipping Claims
  • Damage Boxes
  • International Shipping losses
  • Not in box (NIB) claims
  • File claims with appropriate shipping carriers
  • Document all claims using Excel
  • Work with supplier/clients regarding shipping issues

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a call center environment
  • Working knowledge of retail-related Client Service processes preferred
  • Strong proficiency working with an online website
  • Prior experience working with RingCentral and Salesforce preferred
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work through challenging situations while building positive and professional
  • relationships with others
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience working with Excel
