Position Title:Helpdesk Support Consultant

Job Description:

HL is a fast-paced environment, there is plenty to do, and no two days will be the same. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated apprentice to help us identify, monitor and report on HL’s ability to manage risks with a clear focus on great client outcomes and sustainable growth; ensuring that people within HL are well informed, particularly during times of change, and engaged in their work and with HL

Responsibilities:

  • sure the information provided is entirely accurate and sufficient
  • All calls are logged within Spidermail and ensure your workload is complete when you leave the office
  • Put the client first by ensuring the correct security procedures are undertaken at all times
  • Ensure that clients are treated fairly, in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Do the right thing by ensuring the Helpdesk Expectations document is adhered to at all times
  • Ensure that every effort has been made to respond to a client’s query within our service level agreements
  • Issue documentation when promised and go the extra mile by pro-actively offering further assistance
  • Liaise with 3rd parties on a client’s behalf
  • Refer any instances of client dissatisfaction or suspicion of money laundering appropriately
  • Not only preserve, but aim to enhance our reputation for excellence within the industry. Do it better
  • Strive to meet KPI metrics
  • Aim improve your RAG status to green/blue for both calls and emails
  • Absorb constructive feedback and use this to improve your performance
  • Pro-actively look for ways to improve the quality and profitability of the products and services we offer. Do it better

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication

  • Able to use Microsoft Office tools Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
