Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated apprentice to help us identify, monitor and report on HL’s ability to manage risks with a clear focus on great client outcomes and sustainable growth; ensuring that people within HL are well informed, particularly during times of change, and engaged in their work and with HL

Responsibilities:

• Helping us to shape the policies around how much risk we wish to take right across the organization
• Building your understanding of how to identify, analyse and report on risk
• Delving into the world of technology and cyber risk
• Supporting on change and innovation projects
• Building excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Developing the confidence and influencing skills to raise ideas and challenge the status quo
• Working towards a professional qualification
