Position Title:Training Administrator

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to carry out all of our learning and development administration to ensure the efficient management of our Learning Management System across our Retail, Head Office, and International estate

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accurate colleague training records are created and maintained within our Learning Management system
  • Completion and Communication of Qualification Status and Activity Reports
  • Producing reports and managing learning management system processes
  • Liaising with Key International Stake holders
  • Effective management of schedules for training, both face to face and blended
  • Investigate and resolve key stakeholder queries
  • Ensure that colleagues follow established learning policies in line with our Accreditation Guidelines
  • Accurate and continuous process of Registering, Claiming, and distributing Certificates
  • Co-ordination of small- and large-scale training events across the UK
  • Ability to communicate professional and appropriately
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and work across other teams
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to accurately maintain records
  • A value for high standard and a strong attention to detail

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a 2nd line Position
  • ITIL knowledge/experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Azure (AutoPilot, InTune/MDM)
  • Experience of ServiceNow, Jira, Process Automation & Workflows
  • Understanding of scripting and command-line language
  • Experience in deploying, installing, and maintain PCs and software, tending to all adds, moves, and changes
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
