Job Description:

Our Digital department are responsible for the Society’s Digital assets, external and internal – including the Society’s Intranet. Helping our Colleagues who in turn deliver for our Customers. We are looking to add to the team who deliver Intranet solutions.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the support and configuration of Colleague facing solutions – to enable them to get the best possible experience. Improving the colleague experience is key to this role.
• As part of the role we expect you to foster and enhance strong working relationships with stakeholders, and colleagues alike. You will identify solutions to problems / business requirements through analysis, experience and understanding of the platform/toolkit.

Requirements:

• Finally using your interpersonal skills to develop and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders is essential as well as the capability to translate complex IT concepts to a non-technical audience.
• The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully delivering Intranet/web-based solutions. You must be experienced in all stages of a piece of delivery – from initial problem statement or business requirements. Undertake analysis through configuration and then handover/support/training as required. You will also posses the skills to manage the underlying platform.
• You will have a strong technical understanding of Sharepoint 2013 (on-premise) – as well as tools which support delivery of solutions such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Infopath and Nintex workflow.
