Requirements:
- Handle telephone calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring they are responded to in an effective manner providing the highest level of customer service, and within a reasonable time-frame, while taking responsibility for queries / complaints.
- Be the point of contact for all visitors to Ticketing & Membership Services; serve supporters on the T&MS counter, increasing sales by cross selling other products and services, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional service.
- Undertake T&MS administrative duties such as: allocating tickets for Domestic and European home and away matches, Season Ticket and Official Membership renewals, duplicate requests, returned mail, ticket collections, ticket fulfilment.
