Position Title:International Assistant Change Manager

Job Description:
The International business is currently halfway through its transformation plan, 21/22 will see us approach the ‘Best of M&S phase to deliver the path to Growth phase of our strategy.To facilitate the journey to growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join the International Clothing & Home Change team and support the Change & Development Lead to deliver the transformation across the key strategic priorities.The change team is focused on enabling the business change required to successfully deliver a relevant Clothing & Home proposition for our customers across a responsive supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the partner map updates and keep the International change manager informed of any key changes
- Assist in producing detailed impact assessments and training plans to inform and actively influence the project transformation plans.
- Support the programme by defining and delivering – Get fit for activities’ and readiness criteria
- To succeed in this role, you will ideally come with experience and knowledge of Marks and Spencer Clothing & Home current processes across, Merchandising / Trade and supply chain, with a good understanding of M&S internal Systems.
- Assist in controls and checks during the transformation stage and after go live ensuring that best practises are being followed
- Coordinate process flows and documentation to support the programme from set up to go live
- Coordinate meetings/engagement with internal and external resources (SME, stakeholders, suppliers and partners)
- Help to deliver and plan the comms and training across the 7 workstreams
Requirements:
- Change management / project / superuser SME experience
- Great communication skills and effective listening skills
- Excellent use of MS Office applications e.g. Excel, MS Project, including great PowerPoint skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good influencing skills
- Ability to present information across all levels of the business
- Data attitude and ability to understand costs and budgets
