Job Description:

This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• We’re looking for a strategy led individual to manage the design, development and launch of new product features, delivering speed to market in support of business strategy and maximising the customer experience.
• You’ll monitor product performance, create and drive the development of the Payit ecosystem product strategy and deliver customer journey enhancements.
• This will also require you to manage product success metrics as well as manage the relationships with insourced, outsourced and third-party suppliers.

Requirements:

• In addition, you’ll ensure that products meet customer needs, provide key materials for the business to use and adhere to all relevant regulations and analysing research insights, execute testing strategies and validate customer training materials under the direction of senior colleagues.
