Responsibilities:

• Supports multiple ways of working as we progress to a new way of working under a new Target Operating model across the Operations. Ultimately responsible for ensuring that department policies, procedures, workflows and ways of working are fully mapped
• Provides expertise and role models transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of technology, policy, process, and service including cost saving and productivity programmes
• Responsible for Alignment of Technology, Services and Data Strategies ensuring that the current systems provide the ‘touch of the button’ Management Information from multiple sources to provide reliable data
• Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts that can interpret reports, alongside Operational knowledge and requirements, to provide meaningful informed business cases with relevant options to support the overall business planning strategy

Requirements:

• you’ll need to have experience managing in a matrix environment across large scale teams.
• We are particularly interested in candidates that have worked within an organization delivering service using the latest technology.
• We are looking for someone with track record of delivering outstanding performance and gaining rapid progression. Ideally in a commercial role that has moved into the Operation.
• we would expect that the successful candidate has strong experience in managing change and departmental growth with demonstrable experience of improving performance by introducing more efficient working as well as delivering a great environment to work in.
