Position Title: Global Account Manager

Job Description:

As an Account Manager within the global team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of global accounts across a range of industries to ensure that they receive the best value from our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive portfolio growth through global territory expansion, churn mitigation and customer lifecycle management
  • Boost NPS by building solid customer relationships, adding value and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Protect, nurture and deliver exceptional service to all ICP accounts
  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging add ons and secure multi-year deals at point of renewal to increase the lifetime value
  • Influencing customers by providing guidance, support and reporting to ensure the successful onboarding and embedding the product according to customer objectives
  • Strategise and roll out successful win back strategies for high value accounts in order to protect revenue
  • Manage customer issues and queries appropriately in order to find solutions
  • Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders in order to educate and share industry knowledge and product updates to ensure maximum value is delivered to the customer
  • Be a reliable point of contact and brand ambassador for Perkbox and its products in order to provide user and administrative support

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in an Account Management role
  • Evidence of exceeding targets
  • Experience expanding accounts
  • Evidence of using data and analytics
  • Experience of CRM systems
  • Technical capability with excel and google sheets
  • Evidence of influencing stakeholders and presenting
