Position Title: Global Account Manager

Job Description:
As an Account Manager within the global team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of global accounts across a range of industries to ensure that they receive the best value from our products.
Responsibilities:
- Drive portfolio growth through global territory expansion, churn mitigation and customer lifecycle management
- Boost NPS by building solid customer relationships, adding value and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Protect, nurture and deliver exceptional service to all ICP accounts
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging add ons and secure multi-year deals at point of renewal to increase the lifetime value
- Influencing customers by providing guidance, support and reporting to ensure the successful onboarding and embedding the product according to customer objectives
- Strategise and roll out successful win back strategies for high value accounts in order to protect revenue
- Manage customer issues and queries appropriately in order to find solutions
- Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders in order to educate and share industry knowledge and product updates to ensure maximum value is delivered to the customer
- Be a reliable point of contact and brand ambassador for Perkbox and its products in order to provide user and administrative support
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in an Account Management role
- Evidence of exceeding targets
- Experience expanding accounts
- Evidence of using data and analytics
- Experience of CRM systems
- Technical capability with excel and google sheets
- Evidence of influencing stakeholders and presenting
