Responsibilities:

• As one of the UK’s fastest growing and most exciting retailers, Home Bargains is now recruiting for a professional with product safety regulatory compliance experience to join us as a Product and Trading Standards Specialist (Non-Food).
• This role forms part of the team responsible for ensuring our regulatory obligations are met and that products sold by the Company are compliant with current legislative requirements and quality standards, and aligned with our risk appetite.

Requirements:

• Home Bargains is one of the UK’s fastest growing and most exciting retailers with the opportunity for an experienced health and safety professional to join us as Transport Health and Safety Manager.
• The Transport Health and Safety Manager is responsible for managing health and safety for the transport department, including Vehicle Maintenance Unit.
• The Transport Health and Safety Manager will help to identify, co-ordinate and drive improvements in safety and will require working closely and collaboratively at all levels within the transport management team.
• The role will also involve the review of protective and preventative measures in order to minimise occupational health issues and risk of accidents and injury as well as identifying, co-ordinating and driving improvements in safety, quality and productivity.
