Position Title: Shared Services Administrator

Job Description:

Our Shared Services team deliver specialist processes that have a direct impact on the performance of Network Rail, our customers and suppliers. These services include payroll, accounts, finance, controls and compliance, reporting, recruitment and helpdesk support.

Requirements:

  •  Knowledge as the track access contract
  • Demonstrable experience in leading service, process and system improvements.
  • Proven influencing, networking and stakeholder management skills at senior management level.
  • Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite experience
    Experience within a shared services environment
  • Experience managing, leading and motivating large multi-disciplined teams
  • Experience of delivering continuous improvement programmes, exceptional customer focus/engagement/stakeholder management skills.
