Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description:
This role plays a key role in our busy central recruitment team, co-ordinating a variety of recruitment activities, dealing with high volume emails and calls on a daily basis, screening applications and arranging candidate interviews. It’s always varied, so you’ll need to be able to prioritise as you go! Whatever the task, you’ll be a great ambassador for our brand, quickly building relationships and providing a great candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Writing & placing adverts onto our ATS and job boards
- Undertaking the initial process of CV and telephone screening
- Working with high volumes of online applications
- Selecting & booking candidates for interview
- Providing a great experience through the candidate journey
- All administration associated with the recruitment process
Requirements:
- A confident communicator with a personable & professional manner
- Able to build relationships with candidates & internal customers at all levels
- Strong planning, organisation and admin skills, with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and keen to learn
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong excel skills
- High volume recruitment &/or resourcing experience would be an advantage
