Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description:

This role plays a key role in our busy central recruitment team, co-ordinating a variety of recruitment activities, dealing with high volume emails and calls on a daily basis, screening applications and arranging candidate interviews. It’s always varied, so you’ll need to be able to prioritise as you go! Whatever the task, you’ll be a great ambassador for our brand, quickly building relationships and providing a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing & placing adverts onto our ATS and job boards
  • Undertaking the initial process of CV and telephone screening
  • Working with high volumes of online applications
  • Selecting & booking candidates for interview
  • Providing a great experience through the candidate journey
  • All administration associated with the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • A confident communicator with a personable & professional manner
  • Able to build relationships with candidates & internal customers at all levels
  • Strong planning, organisation and admin skills, with good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and keen to learn
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong excel skills
  • High volume recruitment &/or resourcing experience would be an advantage
