Position Title: Supply Chain Support Manager

Job Description:
A critical role within the Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Support Manager has several areas of focus. To train and support new starters, upskill existing team members ensuring a consistent and systems driven approach, drive process improvement and support the development of our systems and BI data.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all Supply Chain new starters are trained and supported to a high standard from early engagement prior to starting until fully integrated into their role
- Deliver the technical systems and processes training for ORE Planner, Demand Planer and TC Planner roles
- Work closely with SSCMs and CSMs to identify knowledge gaps and maintain training register
Upskilling existing team both from a systems and behavioural perspective to ensure a consistent and high standard with a systems driven approach - Support the development / selection of systems including set up, UAT and training
- Collaborating to ensure our BI and reporting is always fit for purpose
- Keep all training materials, process maps and organisational charts up to date
- Drive process improvement to drive team efficiency or KPI improvement or establish new processes where required (e.g. 30kg two person)
- Help drive our people agenda by roll out initiatives (like our behaviours), supporting recruitment, establishing policy or aiding personal development
- Support key projects where a high level of input or representation from the planning teams is required
Requirements:
- Prior Supply Chain planning experience required
- Intermediate understanding of Excel
- Track record in identifying shortfall in process and opportunities to drive improvement and efficiency
- Proven experience of managing store and DC based replenishment systems ideally Voyager
- Experience of training, coaching or supporting individuals
