Job Description:

Provide consistency and the highest professional standards, delivering efficient ways of working within the personal assistants’ team which in turn will enable the Leadership team to spend more time with their teams to deliver for our customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability and tact to impact and influence positively at functional levels and occasionally with senior leaders.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to work to your own initiative under pressure and to tight deadlines.
