Responsibilities:

• Manage the Access Control System, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Video Surveillance Systems, including system monitoring, programming, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with management, customers, tenants, technicians, and alarm monitoring staff to answer inquiries, provide device status reports, and resolve the issues.
• Support maintenance of the existing systems, installation of new systems.
• performing device programming and configuration changes requested by the client.
• Providing initial diagnostic troubleshooting and determining the root cause of the network and systems problems.
• Performing backups of databases on regional servers.
• Experience in Lenel systems is required.
• Manages vendor relationships and contracts for physical security services and products.
• Understands cyber risks and the opportunities of various technologies offer in support of business continuity.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer, Autocontrol or related majors.
• 5 or more years of working experience in Corporate Physical Security field.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, DVRs and Access Control Systems and programming skills.
• Basic IT Network comprehension.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Lenel OnGuard Tech, Axis Technician Certifications are preferred.
• Enjoys solving technical problems and challenges.
• Rich experience in security research.
• Experienced in managing an enterprise security system.
