Job Description:

We strive to offer the right layer of abstraction for our Engineering teams and wider business functions as we support them to deliver against trainlines Product Roadmap. At the core we provide Consultancy, Administration and support of Production database services to ensure the highest standards of Availability, Resilience, Security and Performance.

Responsibilities:

• As a Technology Recruiter, it will be your role to find the path to the very best software engineers & technical professionals out there and know how to engage with them to pique their interest.
• You’ll work alongside other genuine and authentic recruiters who fully understand the domains they support.
• With a key focus on quality, you’ll be expected to hire through direct channels and bring with you a strong digital network & excellent sourcing skills.
• You will tackle some immediate open roles, as well as take the lead on pipelining for succession planning and areas of continued hiring.

Requirements:

• Have a current and successful focus on Technical recruitment; Software Engineering, Development, DevOps etc
• Employ a data-led approach to sourcing talent
• Have experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth in-house environment
• Hold experience using a variety of sourcing methods and channels
• Have a genuine, authentic and empathetic personal style
• Are adaptable and willing to support and deliver against several parallel activities
