Position Title:HITL Content Specialist Lead

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have an impressive background in designing HITL ML systems, preferably involving content discovery, structured content, and recommendations. They will have a proven record of working with editorial, product, design, and engineering teams to achieve technological breakthroughs that accelerate launches or deepen product impact; a thorough knowledge of social media and Twitter; and substantial experience leading projects throughout an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders as part of a distributed team
- Model a positive approach that produces creative solutions as strategic priorities inevitably evolve
- Supervise and drive team goals while also identifying new opportunities for team investment
- Strongly influence Curation’s HITL content strategy, with emphasis on structuring multiple content formats, crafting the best data schemas, and designing effective tooling
- Serve as a team lead who can advise and unblock teammates, often on multiple projects at the same time
- Communicate team progress effectively and engagingly, particularly in leadership settings
