Position Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Description:

We’ve been reinventing shopping experiences for over a century. Technology has played a huge part in that, helping us transition from catalogues’ to pureplay online retail, but we’re not the finished article.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source high calibre candidates utilising innovative recruitment techniques, tools and methodologies to maximise direct hires conversion rates, and increase our candidate quality and pipeline.
  • Partner with the business to understand requirements and ensure our processes and practices are fit for purpose.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team sharing best practice, knowledge and ideas.
  • Be an ambassador for candidates, ensuring we consistently offer a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Co-ordinate interviews including room booking, interview packs and confirmations to candidates directly.
  • Manage applications on our ATS – Workable, ensuring all jobs and applicants are up to date in real time.
  • Assist in co-ordination of and represent The Very Group at meet-ups and events.

Requirements:

  • In-house and/or agency recruitment experience, with a focus on Tech/Digital recruitment.
  • Knowledge and experience of sourcing tools and social media.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels and employ different styles depending on whom you are dealing with
  • Proven success of direct sourcing and ability to adopt creative and innovative ways to build candidate pipelines (we don’t use agencies)!
  • A pragmatic approach to handling high volumes of roles with multiple high priority and challenging requirements.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practice with candidate experience at the heart of what you do.
  • Be passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and the power of what diverse teams can bring to the business.
