Job Description:

The Internal Auditor role is an essential part of WPP Internal Audit in providing operating company assurance and advice on risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Rewards team in London, on a fixed term contract. You will report into the Senior Executive Compensation Manager.
  • The position will play a key role in the design, development and administration of reward programs that attract, motivate, and retain critical talent in our organization.
  • The candidate will work with other team members to foster a fair and transparent pay philosophy focused on diversity and inclusiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large, complex global organization.

Requirements:

  • The team comprises 7 senior auditors, and 3 senior managers, reporting to the head of region.
  • You may also work with the ICFR testing team, the IT audit team, Programme assurance and data analytics. We are supported by 3 technical admin staff.
  • Together, our audit work covers operating companies in WPP in Europe and Africa, and some assignments over company functions.
