Position Title: Stimulation Brand Executive

Job Description:

As part of this Beyond Nicotine division, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and scaling of a strategy that drives an innovative portfolio of powerful global brands. Reporting to the Global Head of Wellbeing and Stimulation

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and development of the key brand marketing mix elements essential to driving the Global brand’s strategy and growth (1-3yr horizon)
  • Work with high performing creative agencies to deliver manifestos, brand standards and activation toolkits to support launch of W&S brands in lead markets
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to ensure the brand strategy is effectively deployed in social and D2C channels with clear proposition and channel activation plan
  • Build and run a clear culturally relevant omnichannel communication strategy by defining key consumer insights, competitive analyses, technology trends, business needs and market opportunities
  • Contribute to the conceptualization, identification, and development of outstanding culture marketing opportunities across product portfolio and brand moments
  • Support the development of the Brand Activation strategy and framework (connection planning, guidelines on passion platforms, experiential, 121, brand PR, POSM, etc).
  • Coordinate external agencies (innovation, creative, media, design) to drive the marketing mix offer with effective packaging design and TTL communication, delivering against the brand objectives and commercial targets, ensuring the deployment of a globally consistent brand
  • Develop a rich understanding of key markets, consumer wants, marketing segmentation and key driven activity (creative, product, pricing, packaging, programmes) throughout the world to improve the development of brand strategies, communications and innovation opportunities that will fully exploit brand potential.
  • Support commercial planning for all initiatives, considering portfolio planning and role of channels, product range, product configuration, price, promotion, volume assumptions, margin requirements, building and aligning business cases with key collaborators.
  • Work hand in hand with our Digital Marketing teams to ensure the brand strategy is successfully deployed in social and D2C channels with a clear proposition and channel activation plan

Requirements:

  • Marketing professional with in-depth experience gained either
    • In one or more international blue chip FMCG companies in a GLOBAL MARKETING role ideally within the Food and Beverage or Health & Wellness sector
    • Start-ups and/or SME’s in the Food and Beverage or Health & Wellness sector
  • Experience in communications, PR, agency management, and digital are key to this role
  • Proactive, dedicated, and creative. Has the confidence to challenge
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Possesses effective communication, briefing and presentation skills
  • Shown a broad understanding of quantitative and qualitative marketing research techniques
  • Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking
  • Commercial approach to all activities
  • Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Project management skills
  • Graduate degree
