Job Description
We are looking for a clinical psychologist with an interest in neuropsychology, physical disability and rehabilitation to join our friendly and dynamic multi-disciplinary team. The Tower Hamlets Community Neuro Team is a large multi-disciplinary team comprising a principal clinical psychologist, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, rehabilitation support workers and administrative support staff. The team is a client centered, integrated health and social care community rehabilitation team that provides a service to adults who have neurological conditions requiring a coordinated multidisciplinary approach.
Responsibilities:
- You will join the Principal Clinical Psychologist in providing neuropsychological assessment, creating, implementing and monitoring interdisciplinary rehabilitation plans.
- Clinical audit, clinical governance and research will also be a component of the post.
- ou will also get to contribute to and benefit from a focus upon staff wellbeing as a psychologist within Barts Health NHS Trust.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong commitment to team working.
- Experience of working in a neuropsychology setting, and the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment are essential for this post.
