The CiN Executive Directors and CiN Board have committed to taking tangible and measurable actions to improve DE & I as one of five organisational priorities, as a leading charity, as an employer, a funder, a fundraiser and storyteller.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on equity, diversity and inclusion issues and creating programmes or plans to promote understanding and progress implementation of these values across the organisation
- Piloting organisational diversity initiatives and measuring success to determine any amendments that need to be made prior to launch
- Leading the development of an internal equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy, to ensure this work is embedded in the work of all teams, Board of Trustees and our partners
