Position Title: Estates Manager

Job Description:

To support in the next stage of development of our Trust, we would like to appoint a Trust Estate Manager. In this varied role, you will work across all Trust schools supporting the Trust Director of Estates with the delivery of the estate management programme, including premises, facilities, health and safety, security, contract management and capital works.

Responsibilities:

  • A key responsibility will be the management of school site teams across the Trust, ensuring adequate levels of staffing and a high performing team able to deliver high quality site services.
  • You will also take responsibility for the management of the Health and Safety on site, forming an integral part of the school’s Health and Safety Group.
  • Other areas of operational management will include environmental and grounds work, mechanical and electrical work, cleaning, and other contractors service standards.

Requirements:

  • This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
