Position Title:UX Researcher

Job Description:
Does the idea of setting up a new airline excite you? BA are considering starting a new subsidiary airline at Gatwick for short haul flying and are looking for innovative and motivated people to hit the ground running should this project go ahead.
Responsibilities:
- As a UX Researcher you will be at the core of everything the Product Design team does at BA, from initiating conversations at the inception of projects, running workshops and design sprints to usability testing.
- You will be comfortable thinking and working within both quantitatively and qualitative research, enjoy working closely with Design and Product and be a problem solver at heart.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years in a 2nd line Position
- Experience of ServiceNow, Jira, Process Automation & Workflows
- Understanding of scripting and command-line language
- Experience in deploying, installing, and maintain PCs and software, tending to all adds, moves, and changes
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
