Position Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:

We are recruiting an individual with relevant industry sector experience. Initially this individual will gain experience as an implementation analyst for our products such as Ellipse, Fieldreach and Geofield.

Responsibilities:

  • Production of high quality documentation (for example reports, summaries of findings and analysis, training materials, and testing materials)
  • Proficient in standard MS Office tools including, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Application super user experience
  • Workshop facilitation experience
  • Customer requirements capture and analysis
  • Business, systems and data analysis
  • Application / solution testing
  • Application / solution training course delivery
  • Solution implementation support

Requirements:

  • 2:1 or higher-level BSc Hons degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or IT related discipline
  • Experience of working in utilities (Water, Gas or Electricity) Rail or other infrastructure organisation
  • Asset & Work Management, Maintenance Operations, or IT System Implementation experience
  • Experienced in using and / or implementing asset and work management systems such as Ellipse, SAP, Maximo and associated mobile field working and scheduling solutions.
  • Business process analysis and improvement experience
  • Systems analysis / design experience
  • Data analysis experience
  • Willingness to routinely travel and work away from home (as this Monday – Friday will be essential)
