Position Title: Global Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Reporting to our Global Head of RTD our Global Senior Marketing Manager- RTD Innovation will be responsible for delivering our end to end (ideation through to final product) for our RTD portfolio. You’ll work on our RTD portfolio helping to define the segmentation and identify opportunities to expand into new segments via breakthrough innovation, whether this is through format or occasion. You will be responsible for building a 2-year rolling innovation pipeline that will help us drive incremental growth across different consumer need-states.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the transition from locally led innovation to centrally led global big bets with local tailoring
  • Creating a minimum 8 quarter rolling innovation plan through collaboration with Coca-Cola R&D and Technical teams and Costa product development and insights teams
  • Collaborate with our Demand Spaces team to identify a consumer first growth framework, that will then be delivered upon with the support of our external agency partners
  • Collaborating with markets to understand their needs and engaging them on the innovation roadmap

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working within a large global matrix organisation in a leading role within innovation
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience of successfully launching innovation from concept to launch across international markets within the food and beverage industry (ideally in the Coffee industry)
  • Significant experience in building brands, product portfolios & marketing plans with a commercially oriented FMCG company
  • You’ll demonstrate curiosity and creativity and be able to evidence where you have analysed consumer data to deliver a consumer first proposition/product offering
  • You’ll be action orientated, able to devise strategy and then implement in, navigating any ambiguity in a positive way
