Responsibilities:

  • The Chief Digital Officer is a brand-new position in our organisation, with responsibility for a newly formed Digital Services & Solutions department.
  • This role sits on the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive, providing strategic leadership for all things digital but also informing the broader strategic direction of the institution.
  • It reports into the Chief Performance Officer and will form part of the Senior Leadership Team which also includes counterparts across Marketing & Communications, International, Strategic Insights & Planning, and Estates.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while ensuring your leadership is well-informed
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to communicate across a broad & varied partner group
  • Adept at building relationships, driving consensus, motivating and leading cross-functional teams in order to resolve conflict, initiate resolution, mitigating potential risks, advocating potential opportunities and delivering results.
