Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day service desk support for customers to report faults and issues
- Log, prioritise, assign and track requests, ensuring that all complaints are resolved
- Manage communications to service users in the event of any service impacting issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre / Helpdesk Administrator role
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Understanding of Microsoft word, Excel, and Access
