Position Title:IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day service desk support for customers to report faults and issues
  • Log, prioritise, assign and track requests, ensuring that all complaints are resolved
  • Manage communications to service users in the event of any service impacting issues

Requirements:

  • Qualification in IT and / or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software packages
  • Experience of desktop operating systems, including Microsoft Windows10
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes – particularly Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment.
