Position Title: Administrator

Job Description:

Due to our continued growth as a company we have a number of exciting opportunities which have opened up within the People Support Centre which based at Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne. The role is a full time position until July 2022.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first class Administrative Support
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Assisting with general queries and managing an applicant tracking system

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within a busy team
  • An ability to manage a large workload and to deliver results within tight timescales
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach and a warm telephone manner
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An ability to use initiative with effective team working skills and experience of working collaboratively in a team environment
