Position Title:Commercial Assistant

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collate enquiry information and task order information and produce relevant paperwork for checking prior to issue
  • Participate in the periodic payment assessment cycles adhering to contract timescales including collating and distributing payment information.
  • Assisting in commercial administration and correspondence as required
  • Developing and maintaining commercial registers and operating systems, producing monthly reports and statistics as required.
  • Processing and completing benchmarking reports
  • Perform filing & archiving duties as and when required
  • Prepare and issue supply chain communications and monitor required responses
  • Minute taking and distribution of documentation
  • Manage own work according to business need, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collect, retrieve and collate data through effective liaison.

Requirements:

  • You will have an understanding of Commercial procedures, policies and guidelines
  • You will have experience of working effectively in an office environment or delivering an efficient customer service
  • You will have the ability to use office software products to contribute to production / maintenance of a range of reports, documents and spreadsheets
  • You will have the ability to prioritise and manage own workflow to enable timely achievement of business objectives.
  • You will have good written and verbal communication skills enabling you to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
