Responsibilities:

  • Providing incredible administrative and secretarial support to the Principal and senior leadership team, the PA to the Principal will work at the heart of Co-op Academy Leeds, playing a pivotal role in helping the team to make the best use of their time and contributing to the overall effective running of the academy.

Requirements:

  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with colleagues and partners at all levels, exercising tact, diplomacy and confidentiality where appropriate.
  • Alongside this, you’ll be a brilliant multi-tasker.
  • From project managing, organising diaries, keeping notes and scheduling meetings to setting up conferences and events, our ideal candidate will be someone with bags of focus and who is able to resist the distractions of working in a busy and varied office environment where no two days are the same.
