This is an exciting time to be working as Business Support Manager for the Metropolitan Police Service. Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a great person to join our team as a Business Support Manager.
  • You will work alongside the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and the broader VRES Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to deliver, develop and enhance new and existing technologies through testing, implementation, training and support for both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
  • You will also be responsible for extracting and analysing vast amounts of data to create reports to meet the target audience criteria through the use of various systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  • In addition to this, you will manage the VRES Support Team to maintain the well-being of staff, drive performance, create and embed a culture of continuous innovation, ensure delivery of VRES’s financial responsibilities to its suppliers, manage procurement and repair activities and support the provision of a Management KPI suite.
