Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced CRM Campaign Manager who will be responsible for executing and planning customer-centric multi-channel marketing campaigns. They will do so by leveraging CRM insights, technology and best practice. The role will play crucial role in developing and shaping CRM retention strategy while driving performance and engagement within various customer segments to ultimately drive revenue and visits to New Look’s online, app platforms and footfall in-store.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CRM Manager while executing and developing a multi-channel New Look retention campaign strategy .
  • Collaborate with the merchandising, ecommerce, retail, and marketing departments to execute cohesive, engaging BAU campaigns.
  • Discover new functionality and/or new tools that could elevate the innovation within multi-channel BAU comms
  • Oversee and support the management of the day-to-day production of email campaigns. This includes scoping the initial requirements and supporting CRM Assistants with briefing, data selections, email building, campaign deployment and post campaign reporting.
  • Analyse previous campaign performance data, and identify opportunities to target new customer segments to drive revenue and visits to New Look’s online, app platforms and footfall in-store.
  • Support CRM Assistants with campaign builds, targeting and other day – to – day activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of daily email and push campaigns.
  • Plan dynamic content optimisation within email campaigns to drive better engagement and marketing efficiency.
  • Facilitate weekly & monthly reporting, acting to monitor and hit forecasted revenue. Engagement and database KPI’s
  • Manage CRM weekly email and push campaign calendar

Requirements:

  • Experience in understanding multi channel processes including CRM, Creative Briefs, Content and Customer Mindset
  • Leadership Skills – leading a team of 4 at Management, Co-ordinator and Assistant level
  • Interpersonal Skills, the ability to create relationships across teams and present back at director level
  • Responsible for all assets to be on-brand and in-line with key product pushes across all channels
  • Strong styling and shoot experience
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and to understand and follow creative briefs
  • Strong Digital multi channel marketing and content experience
  • Management experience
  • Customer Mindset lead
  • A multi tasker who can inspire and motivate their team.
  • Able to build strong relationships across all channels and across teams and a team player.
  • Strong presenting skills at director level.
  • In Design
  • Experience of Brand Identity is not essential but a plus
