Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the provision and development of Multi-Channel Contact services and related functions for Police Scotland.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the provision and development of Multi-Channel Contact services and related functions for Police Scotland.
  • Including the setting of performance frameworks and leading a portfolio of business change work-streams and projects with the aim of improving service delivery and best value within C3 Division and wider Police Scotland environment.
  • They will ensure delivery of target service levels, financials, training requirements and performance metrics through optimisation of resources and effective proactive schedule management in association with Resource Management & Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

  • You will be educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline with multi-site Call Centre management experience.
  • You will have prior experience in transforming organisations to deliver internal and external call centre services.
