Position Title: Process Owner

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Partners with Change Management Lead to develop a plan and approach to socialize business changes with necessary stakeholders.
- Communicates potential financial impacts of process designs to C2C program lead for budget approval.
- Reviews Training strategy and plans, including signing off on content.
- Partners with other Business Process Owners, Business Program lead, C2C vendors, Change
- Management Lead, Learning & Development, IT Program Lead, and Business leadership to anticipate resource, financial and future process area impacts
- Identifies, resolve, and escalate process area workstream risks, actions, issues, and decisions for their process workstream.
- Produces C2C Process Area Status Report.
- Identifies and track business benefits realization during and after implementation.
Reqirements:
- Define issues and focus on achieving workable solutions; generate innovative ideas to develop or improve existing systems.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency and knowledge in area(s) of expertise as well as company business.
- Present ideas effectively to individuals or groups and deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally and build relationships, interacting effectively with the executive team, external partners, managers, and corporate staff on strategic and operational matters.
- Use computers and other technology.
- Promote the WASTE ZERO philosophy by making the best and highest use of all resources as well as finding ways to use waste products in ways that benefit the environment.
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and make a decision/recommendation when presented with conflicting points of view.
- Strong communication skills, in presentation and written.
- Ability to travel to company locations.
