Job Description:

A fantastic new role has been created for a senior BDM to help grow our assets under management by intermediating with lawyers and accountants and their clients. Candidates will have strong key account management experience earned when working for a law or accountancy firm. No wealth management qualifications are needed.

Responsibilities:

  • To be successful in this role you will have an expert understanding of responsible investment and a breadth of knowledge in how responsible investment applies to and is evolving across the financial services industry.
  • Your proven experience of navigating complex environments and managing multiple senior stakeholders will enable you to lead and manage change through influence, thought leadership and persuasion.
  • You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to present and interpret complex information to a varied audience.You will have the ability and desire to lead a cultural change agenda to influence our entire business, across investment, advice and our investment platform.
  • Understanding and knowledge of risk management and governance and the importance of this within the wealth management and investment business is highly important for this role.

Requirements:

  • Lawyers and accountants prefer to seek specialist regulated financial advice, for their clients, from wealth management firms in whom they can trust.
  • That is why Quilter is investing in a new and specialist distribution channel that offers propositions which carefully interplay with the advice of lawyers and accountants.
  • This exciting new role needs a highly experienced individual to create and drive a new key account programme aimed at the London professional services sector.
  • The programme will be about intermediation and collaboration with law and accountancy firms.
