Job Description:

As the Global Creative Lead, you are responsible for bringing the brand experience to life, delivering outstanding designs across packaging, e-com, and experiential touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Global Creative Lead, you are responsible for bringing the brand experience to life, delivering outstanding designs across packaging, e-com, and experiential touchpoints.
  • In the role you lead all aspects from creative conceptualisation to master design delivery. You will work directly with the Global Head of Design, Global Artwork Manager and Marketing Teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a design/branding agency
  • An expert in packaging design with experience in the beauty & wellness sectors, who understands how to create/evolve brands across multiple touchpoints.
  • Drive innovation through design, across packaging, digital, and experiential
  • Someone who can make decisions under pressure, manage stakeholders, and work collaboratively with other departments
  • A great communicator with natural warmth and positivity, who enjoys collaborative working relationships and is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • An energy to explore and develop new ideas and the ability to encourage those around you to do the same
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • The ability to deal with a fast-paced environment and develop agile ways of working

  • Entrepreneurial skills in terms of problem solving are key along with tenacity, and the ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment.
