Job Description:

As a sourcing specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end sourcing lifecycle – finding, engaging, and hiring the right talent – across multiple business areas and disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently operate direct sourcing technologies – engaging with both new and existing candidates through our CRM, Talent Insight Tools, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Marketplaces, and other social media platforms
  • Responsible for fulfilling sourcing requirements in accordance with business demand/headcount budget by building an effective talent pool of potential candidates that focus on current and future business needs
  • Delivering recruitment events collaborating closely with our recruitment operation teams to build our network and pipelines and attract quality & diverse talent to power our business
  • Reduce cost & time per hire by converting passive candidates into our business and enabling our business to save to reinvest
  • Deliver a great candidate experience by managing directly sourced candidates through the recruitment end to end journey
  • Develop good relationships externally and in collaboration with the wider recruitment team, Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure that work is focused in the right way to deliver on the business requirements
  • Coaching and influencing others outside of the team on the end-to-end sourcing process and best practice, challenging when required to drive a great candidate experience

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and experience of promoting brands and creating engaging content across social media platforms
  • Experienced recruitment or sourcing experience and understanding the theory or knowledge of recruitment best practice in the internal or external marketplace, including Talent Pooling
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of sourcing technologies to build candidate/talent pools
  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Good judgement, decision making and influencing skills
  • A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches
  • Confidence when interacting with candidates, Hiring Managers and HR Professionals
  • A passion for providing excellent candidate experience
  • Self- motivation, working at pace with limited supervision
