Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to join our Technical team in our London & South West Division. Our projects are all bespoke and include new build residential developments ranging form large scale schemes of 1300 units to one off refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Effective leadership and/or contribution to design meetings as required
• Effective coordinated full working drawings of (often complex) schemes
• Effective receipt and resolution of site queries
• Securing of statutory approvals
• Receipt and timely management of addendums
• Amendment of drawings following pre-lim or addendum
• Source all necessary information from external consultants for inclusion on working drawings
• Effective management and development of all direct report employees aligned with organisational strategy, culture, values and hr practices
