Position Title: Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver reporting, analysis and dashboards to provide insights and trends to support decision making in an easy to use way that is easily interpreted
  • Understanding reporting requirements and provide advice on data solutions to deliver the right outcome, creating a suite of scheduled reports, making improvements as needed for efficiency
  • Ensure users are proficient to access data and run reports, providing guidance and training where needed to increase reporting capability across the team
  • Be responsible for people data governance and ensure use of data is within controls and permissions

Requirements:

  • Have strong Excel experience to advanced level with ability to do V look ups, pivot tables and data manipulation and understand complex formulas, creating dashboards and visualisations
  • Experience of working with stakeholders to understand their needs, identifying solutions to problems and translating the data into meaningful insights, KPI’s and producing managing information packs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a highly organise and responsive attitude, working to tight timelines
