Position Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:

You’ll be an accomplished marketer, with experience leading on digital propositions or loyalty and who is naturally inquisitive, excited by technology and wants to be part of a fast-paced global organisation. Revolutionizing our digital experience wont’ be easy, so you’ll need to be tenacious and determined. You’ll work closely with the entire Ned-Nordic and Dach team, but you’ll also connect regularly with our EMEA Digital and Loyalty employees. You’ll be fluent in English and German, and you’ll be strongly aligned to our values of being bold, empowered, accountable and fun!

Responsibilities:

  • With a primary focus on the German market, you’ll be responsible for driving quality traffic to our key digital platforms
  • Work collaboratively with the entire marketing team and agencies on planning and executing compelling campaigns
  • Work closely with third party delivery partners to support the growth plans of the channel
  • Support the team with changes to digital platforms to support new products and modifications of menus
  • Be the voice of Digital & Loyalty within the region and help educate the business on how to drive profitable growth through Digital Channels

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 1-5 years business experience in a corporate structure preferred.
  • Background in banking, bookkeeping, or accounting.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Flexibility.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
