Position Title: Ticket Fulfilment

Job Description:
You will be responsible for all ticket fulfilment activity for First Bus internal and external customers. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, an enthusiastic work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all Ticket Fulfilment activity for First Bus internal and external customers.
- Maintaining checklists and order logs
- Creating sales order requests to arrange invoices for the orders
- Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve queries.
- Assisting other teams when necessary
- Reconciliation of ticket stock – updating logs, ordering more tickets when required, ensuring sales orders have been completed for all orders.
- Monitoring and managing the ticket fulfilment stock requirements and ensuring regular compliance checks are undertaken.
- Providing customer support to queries associated with ticket requests.
- Processing Ticket orders via email, online orders and telephone
Reqirements:
- Good problem solving and reconciling skills, including the analysis and interpretation of data with
- the capacity to devise and implement solutions
- Experience working in the Service Sector
- Good planning and organising skills
- Competent in the use and application of Microsoft Office
- Computer literate (keyboard skills, and experience of working with PC/ email)
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Previous experience of SAP system
